POLYESTER ADVANTAGES
Our fiberglass reinforced non-metallic enclosures are perfect for insulating protection of electrical equipment and suitable for outdoor use, withstanding the most adverse weather conditions
1.- OXIDATION. STOP TO CORROSION.
In aggressive environments such as tropical climates, high humidity or salty fog, the useful life of the metal cabinet is very short, while a polyester cabinet can reach 30 years without modifying its mechanical qualities.
2.- UV PROTECTION + LOW THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY.
The polyester achieves, during its molding at temperatures above 140°, a hardness that gives it a very low thermal conductivity, approximately 0.3 w / m.K. therefore we can guarantee that our polyester is an excellent electrical insulator. Even it is optimal in extreme climates thanks to its UV resistance to the sun.
3.- POLYESTER INSPECTION CHAMBER.
Reduction of installation time compared to conventional cement boxes. Its reduced weight facilitates handling and transport and storage.
They have a practical anchoring system for the sides.
4.- ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
It is the ability of an equipment not to cause electromagnetic interference to other equipment, and, at the same time, to function correctly in the face of disturbances that other systems may cause, within their work environment.
5.- POST SUPPORT
Post cabinet support specially designed for outdoor use. Totally stainless and easy to install. Hinged door with key lock Version with transparent window. With multiple accessories: module chassis, baseboards, sight glasses, ventilation devices, etc.
6.- GROUND ANCHORAGE
Our ART is the perfect wardrobe for floor placement. Easy assembly on baseboard or cement base. Designed to centralize the control of several cameras in the same closet.
7.- SELF-EXTINGUISHABLE
GRP is fire resistant, it passes the 960º incandescent wire test according to the IEC 60695-2-10 and the material does not spread the flame and is self-extinguishing while that is not fulfilled in the metal or plastic due to their components. The physical-chemical mechanism used to achieve good flame resistance is based on the presence of Al(OH)3 in the formulation, which releases water in the form of steam, which extinguishes the flame when the material is burned. This steam is not toxic or corrosive.
8.- OUR BOXES AND CABINETS HAVE MORE THAN ONE LIFE
Both our raw material and the finished product are easily recyclable allowing them a second life. Our waste is sent to companies specialized in "grinding" the fiberglass getting a powder to give it a new use especially in raw material for cement companies. Current recycling technology allows the waste generated to be in high demand for the manufacture of asphalt, tiles, picnic tables, precast concrete walls, etc.
